Pauline brings nearly 12 years of homebuilding and new construction experience to her real estate career, giving her clients a unique perspective on everything from evaluating a home to understanding quality, design, and the building process. Her background began in hospitality and property management, where she specialized in the lease-up of newly developed communities, before transitioning into homebuilding and ultimately residential real estate.

With extensive knowledge of the Northern Virginia market, Pauline works with buyers and sellers across all stages of their real estate journey, from resale and relocation to new construction and custom homes. She is passionate about helping her clients find the right home, make confident decisions, and navigate each transaction with a high level of personal attention.

Pauline believes buying, selling, or building a home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Her approach is relationship-driven, hands-on, and centered around making the experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible from the first conversation through closing.

Outside of real estate, Pauline loves traveling and spending time with her family and has recently discovered a new love for golf.
